How long will I be in the infusion center?
This depends on the medication you are receiving. Our nurse practitioner will give you more exact times on the initial call. You can also learn more about the therapy you are receiving by visiting vivoinfusion.com/treatments.
Can my loved one or caretaker accompany me to my infusion?
Yes, you can!
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing.
Can I take all my medications prior to treatment?
Please continue taking any prescription medications unless your physician tells you otherwise.
Am I able to drive myself to and from the infusion?
This depends on any pre-medication effects. Our nurse practitioner will discuss any restrictions with you on the initial call.

Can I eat before my infusion?
Yes, you can! Please eat as you usually would.
Can I bring my laptop?
Yes, you can bring your laptop and tablet. Each Vivo location has guest Wi-Fi available. Your nurse will provide the password.
Can I eat during my infusion?
Yes, you can! Most of our clinics have a patient refrigerator where you can store your lunch; however, not all clinics have one, so it is best to pack your meal in a cooler-type bag if it needs to be kept cold. We have a variety of complimentary drinks and snacks available.
Will it be cold in the center?
While we try to keep the temperature comfortable for all patients, it might be cold for some. We will provide you with a complimentary cozy Vivo blanket upon your first visit and encourage you to bring it for all subsequent appointments.
Can I get up/move around during my infusion?
Yes, you can!
