Chief Compliance Officer
Francine Wachtman, JD, CHC has over 25 years of experience in healthcare law and regulatory compliance. Francine is focused on supporting a culture of compliance that engages Vivo leadership and the clinical professionals who provide excellent care to Vivo patients. Her patient-centered approach and delivery of proactive, practical support and solutions ensure that Vivo Infusion remains in compliance with the complex laws, regulations, and rules surrounding the ambulatory infusion center (AIC) market.
Francine started her career as a healthcare associate at the law firm of Mintz Levin in Boston and went on to serve as General Counsel and Vice President of Compliance for several dialysis services providers. Most recently, she supported a biotechnology company that provided genetic testing in the life sciences arena and a national laboratory that focused on cardiovascular diagnostics.
Francine is a graduate of Colgate University and earned her juris doctorate cum laude at Suffolk University Law School where she focused on healthcare law. She obtained her CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance) from the Healthcare Compliance Association.
Francine and her husband Bruce live in Concord, Massachusetts, and love to take their golden retriever, Bowie, exploring in the woods and swimming in local ponds. Visiting their kids who live in Denver, skiing out west or hitting a concert at Red Rocks are all part of what they do to balance work with play!
