Margot Sala is responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s sales and marketing strategy across the country. She is focused on driving the organization’s vision of setting the nationally recognized standard for the delivery of innovative pharmaceutical therapies in a patient-friendly environment. Margot utilizes her 20+ years of diverse healthcare experience to assist in Vivo’s robust growth and expansion plans. Her unique knowledge of the infusion space, coupled with her exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, help position Vivo as a national leader on the Ambulatory Infusion Center landscape.
Margot has an extensive pharmaceutical and biologics background, having been an integral part of both the sales and marketing teams at Merck & Co., Inc., and Sanofi. Margot excelled in all aspects of her myriad positions, including as an office-based, specialty, hospital, and oncology representative. While at Sanofi, she spearheaded the implementation of DVT prophylaxis safety protocols at some of the largest institutions in the Midwest. During her pharma tenure, she was nationally awarded and recognized for her outstanding contributions and performance, with an emphasis on the many successful drug launches she spearheaded. She attributes much of her success in the industry to her focus on patients and always ensuring they’re prioritized. Furthering her commitment to healthcare, Margot has also written articles and contributed to many peer reviewed medical journals and publications.
Margot is a proud graduate of Purdue University where she holds a BA degree in Journalistic Communications and Sales and Marketing. She serves on advisory panels for several key biotech companies and is fluent in Spanish.
