Shannon Fisher is Director of Clinical and Regulatory Services. She brings over 10 years of clinical nursing experience, both in-patient hospital and out-patient infusion. Shannon expanded her clinical role to operations management in 2016, and currently directs all clinical operations.
Shannon’s dedication to quality patient care and customer service were integral to the development of Vivo Infusion® Clinical Standards & Patient Experience, ensuring that all patients experience consistent superior quality care across clinic locations. To further enhance the customer service experience, she created a team of Patient Care Navigators to assist patients and their physicians navigate the circuitous road to care. Shannon leads all Vivo regulatory efforts with The Joint Commission for JCAHO Accreditation and directs the robust education programs within the company.
Shannon serves on the Ad-Com Committee for the National Infusion Center Association (NICA) and is Co-Chair for NICA Standards Development Committee (SDC), where the Standards of Practice for In-Office Infusion were developed and published in 2019.
Shannon received her Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Phoenix in Lone Tree. Colorado and her Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Colorado State University.
