Sue Rottura
Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer
Sue has held several key leadership positions in her 30+ years in the healthcare industry, encompassing facility operations, physician practice management, and federal/state healthcare public policy and government affairs. Through Sue’s insatiable desire to learn and share gained knowledge and experience with others, she has served on numerous executive boards in a variety of state and national healthcare-related organizations. Sue’s primary guiding principle in healthcare leadership is “take care of the people who take care of the patients”.
Prior to entering the ambulatory infusion space with MPP Infusion Centers®, Sue was founder and CEO of Specialty Physician Partners Management, LLC – a Florida-based healthcare consulting company providing strategic practice management services and revenue cycle optimization to specialty practices determined to maintain independence from larger health systems, while navigating the emerging value-based care payment models.
Sue’s early healthcare operations experience was rooted in the dialysis industry where she owned and operated independent dialysis clinics in partnership with nephrologists. These joint-venture clinics were later sold to a private equity-backed company, American Renal Associates, Inc. (ARA), a national dialysis provider that expanded through acquisition and de novo growth from 40 clinics to over 210 clinics during Sue’s tenure. Sue’s experience with healthcare regulations and public policy issues through industry leadership roles influenced ARA’s decision to create a dedicated government affairs department where Sue served as the inaugural Director.
Sue studied Business Administration in her early college years before focusing on immersive entrepreneurial education and opportunities.
