Understanding Privigen®
Privigen® is an intravenous immune globulin (IVIG) therapy used to boost the immune system and treat various immune-related conditions. Made from purified human plasma, Privigen® contains immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies that help protect against infections and regulate immune responses. This therapy is used to support immune function in patients with primary immunodeficiencies (PI) and autoimmune conditions affecting the immune system.
